Jag hamnade front row på Carin Wester, vilket alltid är kul men framför allt är det för att man ser bättre och bilderna blir oftast finare. Så här beskriver hon sin kollektion; The Fall/Winter 2015 collection is an ode to the seventies era with a central theme focusing on flowers. Both the fabrics and the cuts, in addition to the prints are unveiling contemporary silhouettes, getting their roots from a very fertile decade that still strongly influences today´s closet. The 70´s inspiration could be summed up in one word: audacity; mixing stripes, associating colors, playing with cuts and overlays. The color palette stays ”scandinavian” with a mix of bold and soft tones to deliver tight and harmonic combinaisons.
